What You’ll Be Doing
Manage an assigned set of partner branches for business growth.
Supervise Shoppers and Drivers, provide direction, feedback, and monitor performance.
Determine budgets, keep track of expenses, and ensure a good rapport is maintained between the company and its partners.
Develop best practices and standard tools to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor key metrics and help develop operational strategies, policies and procedures to maximize sales and profitability.
Suggest skill development programs for Branch Operations Managers.
Oversee HR related procedures such as recruitment, salary negotiation, promotions, transfers, etc.
Collaborate with finance team to determine salary hike, allowances, payments, etc.
Address all issues and concerns relating to the field operations.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports.
Review all purchase orders related to equipment and supplies.
Who We Are Looking For
Retail or sales experience in merchandising or store operations is an asset but not a requirement
Analytical with keen attention to details
Well-rounded, flexible (can adjust to different schedules), driven
Strong leadership ability as demonstrated through previous formal or informal positions of leading and or managing teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate ideas and analysis of issues to all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent project management skills, able to see planned ideas right through to implementation stage
